If you represent a Government Agency attempting to pay the registration fee for someone
who is or desires to be a General, Affiliate, or Junior Association member, please have
the member join or renew their association membership first.

If you have questions about or problems using a government credit card or purchase card,
please contact treasurer@nnoa.org

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made in writing and postmarked or received
no later than 11 July 2008. No refunds will be granted for cancellations after 11 July 2008.

Register Me (with membership):		Select this option, if you are a member or would like to become a member of the NNOA. This option registers you for the conference and pays your membership fees, when required. If you are a current association member, or were an association member at one time and your membership has expired, please enter your last name and we will attempt to find you in our database. If you have never been an association member leave the name blank and you will be registered as a member and registered for the conference. Your last name:
Register Me (without membership):		Register me for the conference, but I do not want to be a member of the NNOA.
Banquet Tickets Only (without membership):		I just want to buy Awards Banquet tickets for myself and my guests.
